Facility Setup Lead

Position Title: Facility Setup LeadResponsible to: BOMD member overseeing facilities.
Key Objective: Lead a team of energetic people to provide a God pleasing and people appealing facility for worship services and special events.   Recruit, schedule and train volunteers to perform facility setup and tear down.  
Average Time Commitment: 2 hours per event  Length of Service: Be available to lead at least 45 out of 52 weeks a year, for a one year commitment.
Qualifications: Servant-hood attitude, knowledge of basic facility resources, some leadership qualities, commitment to excellence.  
General Duties (Required for all volunteers): 1. Arrive at facility 90-120 minutes before each service.2. Switch on lights if necessary.3. Unlock storage shed.4. Assist team members unload equipments and their containers from shed.5. Assist team members setup worship equipments (altar, communion table (1st and 3rd), podium, Trinity and church banners, flower stands, outdoor cross and banner, CLV A-stands, etc.6. Assist team members setup music equipments (music/microphone stands, amplifiers, drum set).7. Assist team members setup chairs for at least 250 people.8. Assist team members tear down equipment at end of service.9. Assist team members pack equipments into containers or cabinets.10. Stack chairs to corner.11. Assist team members store equipments and containers in shed.12. Lock shed (always be cognizant of equipments where abouts and their inventory).13. Switch off lights if necessary.

Measure of Success: Setup team completes all setup at least 20 minutes fefore stat of services and completes all tear down 30-60 minutes after services.
